Yuheng Ding

I am an Economist at the World Bank Group's Finance, Competitiveness & Innovation Global Practice. I obtained my Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.

My research interests lie at the nexus of innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic human capital management. My research investigates the role of increasing complexity of innovation in firm strategy, labor mobility, entrepreneurship, and rising income inequality over the past few decades.
